- U10/U12 do not check in. Sensei needs to verify submitted weights on Trackie and advise the Tournament Registrar of changes or errors.

- Novice divisions for U14 & older
- Early Bloomer available for U12 & older NOTE: Early Bloomer applications must be approved by Judo Canada before the late registration date. A copy of Judo Canada approval needs to be attached to the athlete’s Trackie registration.
- Added Intermediate divisions for Senior

Athlete Information
- Regular Registration ends February 1, 2025 @ 23:59 MST; Late registrations end February 22, 2025 @ 23:59 MST.
- Open to all members of Judo Provincial/Territorial Associations and IJF Associations of other countries.
- Minimum rank is YELLOW.
- Foreign participants must email a copy of their current judo membership and a letter of affiliation from their country’s judo organization to [email protected].
Weigh-In Information (U14 & older, Ne-waza)
All participants U16 & older MUST PROVIDE PICTURE ID at the official weigh-in scale.

Coach Information
Registration is MANDATORY. MUST register before February 15, 2025 to receive a tournament t-shirt. NO REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER MARCH 1, 2024 (no exceptions).
ALL Canadian Provincial/Territorial Coaches MUST be minimum Competition Development trained.
Assistant Coaches must be Dojo Instructor trained.
Foreign coaches must provide their coaching certification equivalency.
Dojo Assistant Trained coaches can coach U10, U12, and U14 ONLY.
Only 1 coach per athlete will be permitted mat-side. Maximum of 4 coaches per Dojo can register.
ONLY COACHES WITH THE ABOVE UP-TO-DATE CERTIFICATIONS CAN REGISTER FOR ACCREDITATION. IF YOU ARE NOT UP TO DATE OR ABOVE LEVELS, YOUR REGISTRATION WILL BE WITHDRAWN. CHECK YOUR NCCP COACH LOCKER FOR ACCURACY.
Referee Information
